First Annual Fund Raising – GOLF DAY !
On the 9th May 2014 MOFcc held its 1st Golf Day at Shelly Beach Golf Club.
The day ran as follows:
BBQ breakfast sponsored by Tumbi Wholesale Meats & Fruit For All – Tumbi Umbi.
18 Holes of Golf – 4 Person Ambrose arranged and sponsored by: Shelly Beach Golf Club,
Sit down lunch and prize presentations, donations by local businesses & MOFcc supporters!
Nearest the pin, longest drive, raffles & general fun.
A great day was had by all, the Mariners took part on the golf course and with the presentations. Lawrie McKinna hosted speeches from Mariners playing and coaching staff, speaking on their support of MOF Central Coast and Central Coast Mariners Football Club in 2014 and beyond. Patrick Zwaanswijk and Nick Montgomery helped with handing out prizes with the MOFcc Executive.
We had approximately 85 players on the day and from all the feedback we can confidently say that all participants really enjoyed the day and are very keen to return for 2015 MOFcc Golf Day!
