Sunday 20th of November was a big day for both Central Coast & Hunter chapters of MoF. First up at 9.30am was the MOFCC AGM at the EDSACC grounds at Killarney Vale. Then the boys jumped in a minivan & headed for Adamstown Rosebuds oval for the inaugural ‘Men of Football AGM Cup’ played between the Newcastle and Central Coast Chapters. The Newcastle boys were victorious 4-1.
The National AGM followed the match & then everyone adjourned to McDonald Jones Stadium for the local derby between the Newcastle Jets & Central Coast Mariners – the Jets escaped with a lucky draw. Apparently the minivan trip back down to the Central Coast was a little rowdy…
A big day & a good day had by all.
