With over one hundred players on the course, the day started with bacon and egg rolls in the club house at 6.30am with a tee off time of 7.30am. Majority of players completed their round in a time of 4 hours.
Darren Green, club professional at Toronto Golf Club did an excellent job in arranging catering as well as prizes for the golf day.
The catering and staff at the golf club could not do enough to ensure the day was a success. Lunch was of a very high standard. Sponsors and players spoke highly of the day and asked when will the next golf day be scheduled.
Winning team on the day was Steve Smyth, Trevor Smyth, Steve Pincham and Chris Turner with an incredible score of 48.75 followed closely by Gary Boradale, Jason Coombes and Steve Geise with a score of 51.66
